I'm both terrified & excited. The weekend is already half-over, and this coming Thursday marks the start of my new life as a med student.
I've been kinda meditating and praying this week. Visualizing the kind of impeccably-disciplined, eternally-motivated student I will be. (Visualization, people. I'm told it works.)...
I came across a word today that is pretty emblematic of what I'm striving for this fall:
Moxie:
1.) vigor; verve; pep.
2.) courage and aggressiveness; nerve.
3.) skill; know-how.
This will be me. I will be the embodiment of moxie this year.
