Well, today is move-in day.

!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Touched base with V the other day (my study buddy from the summer program we did at the school). She has already warned her room mates that I will likely be the honorary 5th room mate this year.

While surfing the net together, I enlightened her about the miraculous health claims of kombucha, my favorite fermented yeast/bacteria tea. (Sounds yummy, doesn't it?)

Take a look at the description given on the bottle:
Kombucha is a handmade Chinese tea that is delicately cultured for 30 days. During this time, essential nutrients form like: Active Enzymes, Viable Probiotics, Amino Acids, Antioxidants, and Polyphenols. All of these combine to create an elixir that immediately works with the body to restore balance and vitality. GT Dave began bottling Kombucha in 1995 after his mother's success from drinking it during her battle with breast cancer...

Whether or not it is a magical elixir of health as some claim (one blogger actually wrote that upon drinking it regularly her gray hair started growing back dark), I like to drink it as a source of B vitamins and probiotics, since I'm not big on dairy or meat.
